From complete systems with mezzanines, pumps, piping, controls and instrumentation to partial systems, Fluid-Quip's Starch Washing Systems are designed to use a minimum amount of floor space. Additionally, Radial Matrix starch washing cartridges can be retrofitted to fit existing alternate designs, providing increased capacity while improving structural integrity. Wide range of sizes Capacities range from approximately 20,000 bushels day (500 metric tons) to approximately 160,000 bushels per day (4,000 metric tons). Designed flexibility With the use of Fluid-Quip's patented flow channel design, units are easily expandable. This allows systems to start out with small capacities and later expand to as much as four times the initial capacity without the need to change the piping.
